This well-matured wine is golden yellow and topped with an elegant head of mousse. The nose delivers initial dried fruits (hazelnuts), followed by candied fruit (honey, quince, dried apricot).
You will experience a full, supple flavour with a few spicy notes. It has an elegant, delicate finish.
This champagne should be served with food. It is ideal with slow-cooked meats and red meat. It can also accompany eastern food (chicken tagine with apricots).
The demi-sec, is more appropriate for pastries (tarts, cakes).
